Enrollment

We are currently enrolling students for the 2012 – 2013 school year.  You’ll find that registering at Immaculate Conception is easy, and we’re here to help. In order to make registering your child as simple as possible, complete the following steps. Please contact us with any questions. If you are interested in a tour of our fantastic facility please call our office and request a tour and meeting with our principal.

1. Gather your child’s original Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Baptismal Certificate (if applicable.) As a parent or guardian, you will also need valid identification. We appreciate, but do not require, any records from previous school at the time of enrollment.
2. Download, print, and fill out the Registration Form, Family Service to School Agreement,  Tuition Fees Payment Preferences, Lunch Program AutoDraft, and After School Care Form (if desired.) All these forms can be located on the”Forms” section of the website.
3. Stop by the school office and we will help you complete the paperwork.

At Immaculate Conception School, we want your child to remain safe and healthy. We comply fully with Arkansas State Immunization guidelines for all students.
