Preschool After School Care
Provided for children from the Preschool 3 and 4 year old program. Our teachers and staff on campus will supervise and interact with your children from 2:45 until 5:45 p.m. Late fees are incurred after 5:45 p.m. This program is held in the Preschool 4 rooms. Elementary After School Care
Provided for children from kindergarten through 8th grade. Our teachers and staff on campus will supervise, interact, and provide some guidance with homework. After school care hours are from 2:45 until 5:45. Late fees are incurred after 5:45pm. K-8th After School Care is held in Immaculata Hall. Occasionally After School Care is held in the school Science Room when parish events require use of the Immaculata Hall. If you need to reach the After School Care staff from 3:00 - 5:45, the number to call is 833-0812.
Program Costs
Payment is due on first day of week. Payment may be made directly to aftercare personnel or by automatic draft. Drop-in fees and late charges are due on same day of attendance.
- $35.00 registration fee
- $35.00 per week for the first child, and $5.00 discount per child thereafter
- $10.00 drop-in rate
- $1.00 per minute late charge after 5:45pm
After School Care is not available: 1) when the school is closed (see calendar), 2) the 1st Friday in May (Teacher Appreciation Luncheon) and 3) the last day of school. A schedule will be given to you at the beginning of the year as to what days we will be closed. After School Care is offered on most early out Fridays.
