School Technology
Immaculate Conception utilizes various technologies to enhance the learning environment, support the teachers in their daily activities, and facilitate communication both inside and outside the school.
The school technology features a 29-station computer lab, 5 computers in the library, iPad carts in grades PK4-1, and Chromebook carts in grades 2-8. Each teacher has a laptop, an iPad and a document camera. In addition, all classrooms are equipped for instruction via either a SMART Interactive Display or Samsung Interactive Display.
Our student’s learning is enhanced through various subject area computer reinforcement activities. Students use computers and iPads for the Accelerated Reading Program, educational games, and activities, word processing, creating presentations, preparing classroom projects, testing, coding and for research.
