Immaculate Conception Catholic School, rooted in Jesus Christ, fosters a community of faith, character and learning for students from Preschool 3 through 8th grade. Committed to high standards, we nurture academic excellence, spiritual growth, and moral integrity, empowering each child to live purposefully and serve others with compassion.

Our History

Immaculate Conception Church was just a small mission when it opened in 1948, the redirected ambition of a group of Catholics in Sherwood and Sylvan Hills whose initial dream was to build a school. From those humble beginnings sprang a church that would become one of the largest and most active parishes in the Diocese of Little Rock.

Our Theme

“Do Everything in Love” from 1 Corinthians 16:14. This year's theme will serve as the foundation for all we do. Whether in our classrooms, on the playground, at Mass, in athletics, or in our daily interactions, we will strive to live this verse each day by treating one another with kindness, patience, respect, and compassion. Our prayer is that every member of our school community will reflect Christ's love in both words and actions.
