LEARNS ACT - EFA

The Arkansas Department of Education has developed the Educational Freedom Account (EFA) funding. The EFA, made possible through the Arkansas LEARNS ACT legislation, may be used by eligible families to cover private school tuition, fees, uniforms, and other required expenses. IC does participate in this AR Dept of Education Scholarship.
The EFA is an arrangement between the parent and the AR Dept of Education. Immaculate Conception does not have access to your account with this program.
IC will invoice the parent the amount of funding due from EFA, then it is the parent's responsibility to arrange payment to IC, within the designated time.
If payment is not received within the designated time, IC will require the family to pay the tuition amount due.
